Referral Service Center (RESCENNT) provides the referrals and other services such as counseling and consultation that would help the patients and needy people to have concise and reliable information before they determine to go to any international hospital. We are determined to drive the advent of referral services with the entirety of its health benefits of our dear country, Cambodian.
